US Post Office - Priority Mail

Effective May 14, 2007, the US Post Office has implemented "dimensional weight" pricing on Priority Mail shipping (to zones 5 - 8). What this means is that the weight of a package is determined by the size of the box. Obviously, finding a way to have my web site calculate "dimensional weight" on-line is very difficult.

Therefore, I am left no choice but to eliminate US Priority Mail as a shipping option from my web site. If you want an item shipped US Priority Mail, please email me and I'll calculate the shipping cost manually and will email you back .

I have negotiated a cheaper rate for UPS shipping. UPS shipping is almost as fast as US Priority Mail shipping.
