I don't currently plan on carrying the new truck and trailer. I carried the blue truck and the white trailer for a while, but I was really unhappy with the quality of these items, so unless I hear of a significant quality improvement in these, I will not carry them.

I have these (except truck & trailer) available on my web site as "pre-sales". I don't have offical pictures yet. I expect these to be in-stock in July, probably after BreyerFest.

In response to the hundreds of collectors who have called, written or emailed Breyer about the 2007 Stirrup Ornament, which features Wintersong, Breyer has decided to recreate this ornament and make it available for sale.

Breyer have announced that they are going to make a "lead-free" version of the 2007 Stirrup ornament. The only caveat is that they must have enough firm orders to meet the minimum production requirements. If they do not get enough orders from dealers, they will not make the ornament.

Painted Ponies: Four Seasons Collection

The Trail of Painted Ponies is celebrating the beauty of the four seasons with a special collection of four Painted Ponies: Spring, Summer, Fall and Winter.

Each Painted Pony in The Four Seasons Collection is a limited edition of ONLY 20,000.
A medallion embedded in the top of the base features the name of the pony, the artist and the edition number.
Customized collectible box adds to the collection’s beauty and uniqueness.
The accompanying Story Tag tells the tale of each of the seasonal Painted Ponies.
Cast in resin, 6 to 7 inches tall.

The first is Tip-toe Through the Tulips Pony (Spring) coming in early April 2008.

Dillards Releases Exclusive Pony "Kindred Spirits"

Beginning in mid-March, 2008, "Kindred Spirits", a new figurine from The Trail of Painted Ponies, will be available exclusively at Dillard's Department Stores around the country. Check with your local Dillard's for availability.

The inspiration for "Kindred Spirits" is drawn from the artist's own love and deep respect for animals of all kinds, as well as her knowledge of the spiritual bond that Native Americans have always felt with animals. The bear is seen as a source of power, while the buffalo symbolizes wisdom.

The eagle is a visionary who sees the world with clarity, and the wolf teaches cooperation and the value of the extended family. This heartfelt and painterly Pony was a finalist in the national "Native of Art of Horse Painting" competition, and was created by Debbie Hughbanks, a western and wildlife artist residing in northeastern Washington State.

The Color Crazy Mystery Stallion Revealed!

Several customers have received the mystery stallion from the color crazy treasure hunt. It is a Huck Bey model that is black with red undertones, white blaze that goes into a white muzzle with pinking, 4 white stockings, natural hooves, and eyewhites.

New Pricing and Free Shipping Over $50

Breyer has implemented MAAP pricing. MAAP pricing dictates the lowest price at which Breyer products may be advertised for sale to consumers. This new pricing is now reflected in the Breyer products that we sell.

To help offset this price increase, free shipping for orders over $50 (within the continental USA only) will be launched January 7th. I will discount (manually) shipping to HI, AK, and Canada - when I can.

"We took a vanilla race (no Triple Crown possibility) and made it into one of the real classics. I think it is going to have great impact."
The roar that greeted Rags to Riches when she returned to the winner's circle pointed to that. "Women were walking around, giving each other a thumbs up, saying, 'Go, go, girl!' " says Nack.
